PLYUSCHEV’S TEAM GATHERED IN NOVOGORSK

The Russian youth hockey team began preparations for the World Championship, which will kick off in Canada on December 26.


These players began preparations for the competition in Novogorsk:

Goalkeepers – Igor Bobkov (Metallurg Magnitogorsk), Alexandr Zalivin (Dynamo M); Alexey Trifonov (Lada);

Defencemen – Dmitriy Orlov (Metallurg Novokuznetsk); Maxim Chudinov (Severstal); Nikita Zaiitsev (Sibir); Nikita Pivtsakin (Avangard); Konstantin Plaksin (Traktor); Alexandr Tarasov (HC MVD); Kirill Youryev (Lada);

Forwards – Vladimir Tarasenko (Sibir), Pavel Dedunov, Sergey Plotnikov (both – Amur); Maxim Kitsin (Metallurg Novokuznetsk), Maxim Trunev (Severstal), Evgeniy Kuznetsov, Egor Dugin (both – Traktor), Evgeniy Timkin (Avangard), Kirill Petrov (Ak Bars), Magomed Gimbatov (SKA), Pyotr Khokhryakov (Neftekhimik)

According to the head coach Vladimir Plyuschev defenders Anton Klimentiev and Dmitriy Kostromitin will join the team on Wednesday, while CSKA forward Nikita Filatov will come at the end of the week.

Goalkeeper Ramis Burmistrov, forwards Ivan Telegin, Alexandr Burmistrov and Sergey Ostapchuk will join the team in Canada.
